We are hiring for Area Sales Manager -Footwear Category who can manage sales at pan india level and based on Delhi NCR.

 

• To set a sales target of every store based on last year & current year’s performance.
• Preparing sales planning for achieving targets
• Track sales achievement daily.
• Store Manager’s sales performance review daily/weekly/monthly as per set parameters.
• Closely observation of expenses.
• Stock replenishments.
• Stock shuffling & rotation between the stores.
• Maintain minimum & maximum level of stock in stores as per the sales of the store.
• To provide training to sales staff & arrange various behavioral base training to store staff.
• Hiring new ASM, store managers.
• Preparation of various reports and presentation to management.
• Ensuring proper visual merchandising and coordination with VMs.
• Controlling shrinkage.
• Arrangement of sales promotions/discounts
• New store setting up
• Ensure Store Sops, ASM checklist must be followed
• Coordinating with various department
